React Developer

Role Overview

MAGNOVA DIGITAL SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced React Developer to design and develop modern, responsive, and scalable enterprise web applications.

The candidate will work on SaaS platforms, CRM systems, workforce management applications, administrative dashboards, and enterprise software products.

The primary objective is to deliver secure, high-performance, and user-friendly frontend applications using modern React technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  Develop responsive web applications using React.js.

  Build reusable frontend components and libraries.
• ✦
  Implement modern UI/UX designs using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

  Develop applications using TypeScript where applicable.
• ✦
  Integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• ✦
  Implement authentication and role-based access control interfaces.
• ✦
  Develop administrative dashboards and analytics interfaces.
• ✦
  Work with React Hooks and modern state management solutions.
• ✦
  Optimize application performance and loading speed.
• ✦
  Implement responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• ✦
  Collaborate with backend developers and product designers.
• ✦
  Debug and resolve frontend application issues.
• ✦
  Write clean, maintainable, and scalable source code.

  Implement frontend testing and quality assurance procedures.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• ✔
  Minimum 2 years of professional React.js development experience.
• ✔
  Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+.
• ✔
  Experience with React Hooks and component-based architecture.
• ✔
  Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• ✔
  Experience using TypeScript.
• ✔
  Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
• ✔
  Experience integrating REST APIs.
• ✔
  Understanding of Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
• ✔
  Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• ✔
  Experience using Git and GitHub.
• ✔
  Familiarity with Next.js is preferred.
• ✔
  Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks is advantageous.
• ✔
  Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
